Do you feel “PD”?
Be confidence! Pe-de!
Be present. This will help you snap out of over thinking and just go and do whatever you want to get done. Lighten up. Don’t force yourself too hard! Your mind should feel light and you would feel more at ease with your tasks. Really, really want it. Then taking action isn’t something you have to force. Taking action becomes a very natural thing. It’s something you can’t.
These are some easy tips…
To all young people: Believe in yourself! Train and build yourself!
Sometimes, we just don’t feel ready to compete, to perform, and to do a National exam! The famous phrase here is: “Ngga pede, nih!” It’s not easy to build our self-confidence. When you feel sad or depressed, there is only one person who can help you. It’s you! See yourself in the mirror and ask yourself: do you like what you see in it? Ask Jeremy Lin, the Taiwanese-American Knicks Basketball player who blossoms this February performing great plays. He says that long practices and determination have shaped his confidence. To be a leader, a great badminton player, a good teacher, a cool music talent, you must:
- Take Action, and get it done!
- Face your fear
- Understand the process and its steps
- Prepare
- Failure is an opportunity to move forward
- Know who you are and what you want
- Try hard
- Take risk to start a new step, alone or together!
